The variety of services they offer means there is a chance that the person in front of you needs something complex or time-intensive, but the associate does there best to get you taken care of in a timely manner. My first experience the associate was with a customer, but saw me holding a package and paused long enough to ask if I was just dropping off (I was) and thus allowed me to get out of there rather than wait on the other customer to finish.”
