Friendly neighbors. I love my underground parking. Clean. Love the washer/dryer in unit. It is spendy and rates went up after a year but I expected they would. I ❤️ they are animal friendly here too!!!”

“They are incredible! I worked primarily with Erik and Chandler at Lockstep as I tried to secure financing for my new home. From our first meeting I felt like I had a team on my side. “I rented a house from them for 3 years in White Lake. My mother got sick and I had to move at the end of my lease or I'd still be there. They were always easy to communicate with and I like that most things can be done electronically. I only had 2 maintenance requests while living there and they were pretty prompt about it. I'd rent from them again if the need arose. There were some charges against my deposit I didn't necessarily agree with buy its kind of nature of the best when renting.doing turns isn't cheap so I get it.”
