“I used to live here a couple of years ago. I started my lease around 2019, and had to cut it short due to the start of the pandemic around April 2020. For my first apartment, this was truly a wonderful experience. I loved living here. It was close to school, and it was quiet. I don’t necessarily know how it is now, but I would definitely recommend it to anyone whose nearby the university in commerce, or just want to settle in a quiet town. The leasing lady was great. I’m sorry for the late review by the way, but I truly appreciate the experience I was given. The lady was very professional and was very respectful. But like I said, I don’t know how it is now. I truly miss the memories I made here. As well as the memories I made with my dad. I was alone but he helped me get the apartment here. He passed, but I really miss him. This apartment complex will always bring me so much nostalgia. I hope they’re successful! There service and cleanliness of the apartment was great!”

“Overall, it’s been fairly positive here. The amenities are nice, especially the gym and tennis courts. The apartment layouts are pretty nice and each one has an outdoor space. I like the unique design of the apartments themselves. Maintenance is usually responsive when there’s a big problem. Our neighbors have been pretty nice too, and most people are good about picking up after their dogs. I like that the staff is on site and open to walk-in or phone call concerns. I’ve lived in another complex where you couldn’t even go inside the clubhouse or get anyone on the phone. On the downside, I think the price increases in rent are very unfair without any actual updates, but that’s happening everywhere… The parking situation is atrocious - not enough spots for the buildings and a covered spot is not included in the price. Expect to park on the street at least a few times per week, because the parking lot is constantly full.”
