“Great complex, nice apartments, love the neighborhood and location. Maintenance tickets are taken care of the day of or after they are submitted. No major problems with neighbors, community is very calm and quiet. Gym is small but can provide everything needed in a pinch. Pools are nice, though with my short 6 month lease that took me from fall to early spring we didn't get to use them. Overall, my wife and I were very happy with our living arrangements and we're sad to be moving out. I say I love the location, and I do - Anaheim Hills is a nice area and there are plenty of places to eat and shop. However, if you work in south county or on the coast like we do, be aware that you'll have to make a choice between spending $1k+ per month in tolls/gas or having a hour commute each way thanks to traffic on the 91. If this weren't the case, or if we both worked from home, we probably would have just extended our lease or gotten a bigger apartment here in the Cascades.”
