As long as rent is paid on time, property kept up (renting 20 acres) etc they won't mess with you! Some of the complaints I've read seem very minimal and petty. “Wow! We stayed here with our small dogs. The yard was huge and fenced in so there were no worries about our little ones getting out. We enjoyed spending the day in the above ground pool that was a perfect size. The hot tub sits on the porch beside the pool. The deck was nice and had a propane BBQ pit. Back yard had a hammock, picnic table and a fire pit with plenty of sitting! Inside was super clean and well stocked with pots, pans, coffee,...etc. they even had wiggle butt koozies for us to use and take home!! The Two bedrooms for super nice. All three beds for very comfortable. We got to chat with Dean who is super nice!! Short drive to the wineries around wimberley, and and even shorter drive to canyon lake.
