They re did the pavement and even communicated very well letting us know they would be re doing the roads so we needed to have our cars moved. Sending out emails and putting up signs. Sometimes with a busy life we can forget things around us. The manager Amanda is very respectful and responsive. She has a great staff as well. Frank the maintenance guy is always helpful making sure to listen to any problems we have had. Them taking over I’m sure they were swamped when first moving in and getting settled. So many questions from everyone and the clubhouses had been packed with people that live in the complex. Yet they listen, care about you and your home and have big things coming to the complex which was MUCH needed. I appreciate them and I’m sure everyone else does as well.”
