“Hello, I’m a shopper that shops other communities in my area. I visited Yorkshire Apartments today around 11:30am to tour the community. I was very impressed with the community appearance when I drove around. I found a parking space, went into the office and there was a fresh scent coming from the office. I was greater by a woman name Andrea. She smiled and said how may I help you. There was another lady who was in the office but was helping someone else. I let Andrea know that I was looking around and wanted some general information about the property. She said come over and have a seat, she offered me coffee, and a snack ( impressive). I declined. Andrea was very professional, knowledgeable when providing information and made me feel very comfortable with her. She explained throughly the different floor plans, traditional style vs. the renovation as well as some prior management renovation units. After that was discussed, she said’ lets go an take a look of what we have and you’ll be excited about your new home. She asked for my ID (I told her I didn’t have it with me because I was rushing). She immediately said, unfortunately, we are unable to tour without valid identification. I knew that was correct but didn’t want to blow my cover because I always shop my comps. If I was actually looking to move I would live here.”

After a few showings, Steve understood what type of properties I am looking for and directed me to the right properties so that I didn't waste time on irrelevant showings. When I found the property that I wanted to buy, Steve provided me an estimate with the rentals and how fast those can go on the market (it took a bit longer but I did get almost the exact rent that Steve predicted). “Rachel delivered on all aspects of services provided in aiding the sale of our home in the Las Vegas area. Rachel was professional, thorough, accommodating, dedicated to the sale of home, and provided excellent general service. Rachel projected a realistic sale price in the very beginning of the sale process that was slightly above market value and the home sold too the exact number. Being a first time seller, I had many questions and I appreciated Rachel taking the time out to give a full breakdown and explanation for any questions that I had. In addition, she truly protected the property as if it was her own. I am an out of state resident and one of the neighbor’s visitors attempted to utilize the selling residency for long term parking. Due to the watchful eye of Rachel, she immediately identified an issue and took real action to resolve the problem quickly. Rachel also assisted with other areas such as helping to identify POCs for estate sales, coordinating repairs, etc. Rachel was extremely prompt with coordinating and signing paperwork as well.
