“I needed to sell my home in Burleson after moving back and deciding to stay in Ohio. I currently had renters and I was concerned on when to sell because I wasn’t going to make them move before their new house was built. He was able to do a ‘short sale’ (I think that is what it is called) and the family was able to stay as needed also because of buyer. Mr. Owen met with me when I took my final road trip back to The Lone Star State to retrieve the rest of my belongings in the attic and shed. He explained to me that this type of sale may not get exactly the price I wanted but there was no haggling and it would not adversely affect the wonderful family that was renting my property. Mr. Owen was able to sell my home in less than a week. Initial forms were signed online, then a third party was hired to come to my house in Ohio, to sign official documents. I’ve never sold a home before and Michael could not have made the process any easier. Michael is the type of person that no matter what he is doing, he wants everyone to live an abundant life. I first met Michael when he was Officer Owen. He patrolled the neighborhood late at night when I used to walk my Rottweiler, Hank.
