“I love this place. Its quiet, the apartments are clean and private. Management is responsive and friendly. Aside from the train and the planes from the airport, my 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom, w/d in unit is indisputably a steal. 36 units makes for a quaint environment, aside from the laziness of the neighbors who can't throw away their dirty diapers without blaming management. I've watched it happen, so don't deny it. Yes, there are apartments all around us and the homeless find some comfort here, but this is an easy place to call home. Darrin's Place, home away from home.”

“Overall this is a fantastic community. I have recently moved in and the leasing staff have been fantastic at every point and are extremely communicative. They are also super welcoming. Noise: [4/5] -- Expect your typical apartment noise. Children, heavy footsteps, etc. Neighbors seem to be respectful during quiet hours. So far, nothing extremely bad. Maintenance: [5/5] -- Everyone is nice and quick to work on any issues. Amenities: [4.5/5] -- Better than the average apartment, but not the best, either. Overall, everything is great and nothing is really in bad condition. Grounds: [5/5] -- The grounds keeping crew here does a fantastic job. I rarely see pet waste (there are also a lot of conveniently placed pet waste areas). This is a fantastic change from my old place where very few people would pick up their pet waste! Overall: [4.5/5] -- If you have quiet neighbors or enjoy a relatively quiet community with decent amenities and good maintenance staff, it's a great place to live. I'll update this review if anything changes!”

“Resident since July 2021 Pros: beautiful complex right by Sea World. We love the fountains that we can see from our balcony. This is definitely one of the most beautiful apartment complexes in the area. The lake in the center is great for taking a walk, and it’s a safe community. The people who work in the front office are very professional. Cons: they make you pay $15 a month for Fetch which is a completely unnecessary “delivery service” that should be optional. We can’t find a single resident who actually uses it, yet we are all forced to pay. It also takes a long time for maintenance to fix anything despite the high rent prices. Recently they stopped offering recycling or free lightbulb replacement which decreased the value of living here, yet our rent is the same (and will be going up). If you don’t pay extra for a garage and work late, it’s likely you’ll have to park a few buildings away because of limited spaces. Overall I recommend this complex, but I do worry that they will keep raising prices while taking away services as they have been doing in the short 7 months we have lived here.”
