This is the nicest and most well maintained complex I’ve ever lived In. It’s quiet, neighbors are nice and friendly AND management does a lot for its residents. Lived here since 2009 and never had any problems. When things needs to get fixed, they respond promptly. The location is perfect. Easy access to the Mall of America, water parks, trails, nearby cities all within 5-10min. Not sure if there’s a waiting list but if there is...it’s worth the wait”

“We've been with these folks about four months now, and they've really wowed me. They've been very nice and helpful every time we've spoken to them. When we've had maintenance issues (Garbage Disposal) they wrote back within an hour or two with some easy troubleshooting tips which resolved the issue that night before they even had to come out. Give them a rent, I think they're worth it. *** Followup, we couldn't get our heat turned on, and they immediately scheduled us with a service, who rocked and fixed it easy peasy. That's 2/2 great experiences with maintenance stuff!”

“The Ocean Walk resort is a great location with many amenities. This unit has fantastic sea views and is very usable, with all the trappings of home. This was our second time staying at this property and it’s excellent for a family trip because of all the swimming pools and the great beach. A lot of other families stay here and the “vibe” is very friendly. We enjoyed our time very much.”
