The leaks ALWAYS seemed to return. Adam is the ONLY one who has been able to PROPERLY diagnose AND FIX the issues. I have an older historical home with some steep areas as well as some nooks and crannies. “We truly enjoyed working with our Aspen contractor to repair our home after it was hit by a hailstorm. The biggest benefit of working with Aspen was the skill to work with our insurance company. Our contractor circled back with them several times to explain what should be covered to properly repair our home. It greatly helped us to have someone with the building code skill and knowledge to advocate on our behalf. Another benefit was our Aspen contractor supervised the on-site work to make sure it was done right. Plus, he helped us fix some other house issues not related to the damage but needed to be done (such as the black mold found behind our dishwasher). We greatly appreciated the extra work and care to make sure everything was done to our satisfaction. “These guys are great. Well, at least the core people that were Disaster One are... BluSky is garbage. They have horrible customer service and you can never actually get anyone on the phone. You ALWAYS get the answering service (even at 2pm on a Tuesday). Never used to be like that with Disaster One. You always got a live, friendly, helpful human. Anyway, I had an issue with a house they rebuilt for me that was a total loss due to fire, three years later... Took me several DAYS for anyone to get back to me, but once the local guys (THAKS RALPH!!) got on the phone, they had someone there that afternoon and fixed it at no cost. He promised to be out the next Monday. Now 4 days after my initial review, Bob had installed new gutters at his own cost. This is what I call very good response and good service. Thank you, Bob. Manny, the owner, was very professional, communicative and respectful. The estimate was provided via email in a professional manner. He then came and explained step by step how the roof would be done. We agreed on a time and date, and although I was not on the property, he provided pictures of the work as it was being completed via text message. I was informed through the process. Roof took less than a full day to complete. Manny was present at the site. The team was very professional and orderly. Everything was cleaned up properly as we completed a final walk through. Also, there was an issue with a bay window and Manny corrected it as a courtesy, no charge. I also received before and after pictures via text the next day.
