“I asked Select Roofing Consultants to inspect a still-leaking roof repair completed by Elite Exterior Contractors, who would not return any contact. Anthony Bulcher, the owner, identified that the EEC repair was insufficient and that they should have replaced the shingles in the entire roof valley in order to prevent water backups. He provided a quote of $685 and I hired him to repair the problem. He replaced the entire roof valley and found shingles with quarter-sized holes just a foot above where the EEC repair started. If they had done their job correctly, they would have found the same holes and fixed the first time. Anthony was prompt, reliable, and honest with his assessment of the leak source, the repair, and the cost. I paid $685 to SRC to fix the incomplete $550 work by EEC.”

They are fairly new to Florida but were established and very reputable. They took their time with the inspection looking inside the Attic and taking photos to show me what they had found and provided a comprehensive quote at the same time. Installation time was 2-3 weeks. Unlike every other contractor did not want a deposit and payment was required at the end of the work and my satisfaction. “We requested bids for remodel project in our home and met several contractors. we chose Lan Bar because they were extremely responsive and had a solution for all our design specifics on the remodel. They did not mind that we asked to repurpose some original cabinetry, and that we requested that we would would paint the remodeled bathroom ourselves to keep the cost lower. The project was delivered in a timely manner. Sub contractors showed up as scheduled and performed solid work. The Lan Bar team was extremely flexible, accommodating our schedules working around any constraints we had and were very thoughtful avoiding excessive noise. The various crews cleaned up before completing each task keeping the work area reasonably clean. Robert was our project manager. He stayed on top of the project at all times and made sure the sub contractors completed all their tasks in a timely manner and delivered a high quality product. Robert also provided many useful suggestions on the remodel specifics and had solutions for any challenges that were encountered as our project ongoing. Colleen was in charge of ordering our bathroom amenities and made sure every item was ordered and delivered to the job as needed. When I made error on the toilet I wanted, Colleen reassured me, it was no problem and exchanged it for the correct model. Overall we are very pleased with our bathroom remodel project and recommend Lab-Bar without hesitation.”

He was upfront and honest about his quote. We opted to just clean and repair my existing gutters for now, but he gave a very reasonable quote to replace my aging gutters when we're ready. I will definitely be working with him again in the future to do the necessary work. *EDIT* Because of the great experience we had with Seth, we decided to replace all of our gutters with Coates. He and his crew again did a great job, and even customized some water diversion plates to keep water away from some wood on our house that was starting to rot because of water running along it. The gutters and downspouts are much sturdier than what we had before, and the gutter guards that he installed to keep leaves out have worked flawlessly. Couldn't recommend Coates Gutters enough.”

I didn’t go with them right away as I wanted to get a few quotes and they were completely understanding and patient. When I did decide they had installers out here within a day to install.
