“Such an awesome experience with James and the KTM team. After having a leak that caused water to enter our closet through a light fixture (oof!), we had a different roofer come out for an estimate, and he told us we needed an entirely new roof! We were aghast as the previous owners had just replaced the entire 6 years ago. We then asked a neighbor/friend who is also (very conveniently!) a contractor. She recommended KTM. We called and James showed up the following Monday. Very easy to schedule over the phone and their front desk person was incredibly kind and professional. James quoted us for a partial replacement of a small area of our roof - cost a fraction of what we would’ve paid with the other guy. The service itself was quick, relatively quiet (at least not jarring), and done in maybe 2 hours at most. 10/10 experience. The service was great, and I never once felt like James was trying to make a quick buck off it us, but the level of professionalism and kindness truly makes KTM our new roofer of choice. Hopefully we won’t need a roof repair for a while, but if we do, we have James on speed dial. Thanks y’all!”

Michael is a very honest person, he made no concrete promises on additional services other than the roof but he remembered some of the thing I wished I could get done . Well, he delivered, I have the best looking roof in the neighborhood, new gutters and money back to get my house painted. Michael never said he was going to provide gutters or an allowance for painting my house. This was just a roof replacement job but Circle A Consulting, LLC remembered my wish list and got it done. Gutters were installed after the photos were taken but look great.”
