“I recently began the process of choosing a roofing contractor to replace our home’s roof and came across DT Roofing. My initial contact was with Randy Hurtado who introduced me to the DT way of doing business. Randy expressed their goal was to provide a 5 star service from beginning to end and maintain their claim as Insurance Experts. Im here to say Randy and his team of contractors did just as he said they would. The process of working with your insurance company to replace a roof can be at times cumbersome and convoluted. Randy and his team was able to make this process as easy as possible by predicting the insurance company’s responses to specific issues related to the roof and resolve these issues as they came up. For example it was my understanding insurances in most cases will not cover the replacement of gutters. Randy was able to work with the our insurance company and prove why there was a need to replace the gutters. In the end the gutters are one of the many things that I feel make the DT service standout among other companies. In my opinion a five star company needs to have excellent communication with their customers, deliver on their promises and be fair with their day to day operations. Randy and the DT team have delivered on these points by maintaining a high level of communication and addressing all my concerns throughout the construction process.
