“We chose Planet Roof to replace the shingles on our home and garage for many reasons. A few years ago, we had a leak in our kitchen. One of the gentleman came out to access the roof situation since my husband was out of town. The gentlemen informed me that it was due to ice and that the roof would not need extensive repairs. It was a seamless process from start to finish and I never had to follow behind anyone. That type of business is hard to find nowadays. “After moving to a house, we knew we needed roofers to help with part of the roof that came up on the inspection report. A1 was responsive and gave a quick quote. They were also able to schedule quick and were right on time! They did find some bad plywood under the area of roof they were pulling up and sent pictures of the area for me and were quick to get the new plywood and make the repairs. We switched to Commercial Solutions when the Stevens TPO material failed and Baker Roofing, the company that installed it, did not inform us the leaks we were experiencing were due to a material failure. Thankfully Commercial Solutions properly diagnosed the issue and then installed a new roof which finally addressed the ongoing leaks we had been experiencing for more than a year of trying to work with Baker. The installation was flawless and was completed on schedule with minimal inconvenience to our tenants. We have had no issues since the new roof was installed or with more recent work done by Commercial Solutions to accommodate equipment placed on the roof in support of a tenant upfit. Commercial Solutions recently went above and beyond to help us when one or our first floor commercial spaces began experiencing a leak at a storefront window.
