“This Review is for Ryman Construction and specifically for their AC Company. I'm not sure who the above people saw but I worked with the owner of the company and he gave us a great experience. I got a large Trane system which was many times more efficient and quieter than my old system. They helped us qualify for the tax credit and their price was still better than other company's lower seer systems. We have a very unique setup for the inside air handler and they were able to accommodate everything we needed. I have recommended them to several friends and they came in the lowest for them as well. “I love my new home, I’ve been here since 2017. Campo Roofing put the vinyl siding on the house. On one side, the siding is warped and not tight to the house, hopefully they will make this right. I called the company in 2017, concerning this particular side when a few pieces of siding were loose, they came right out and tightened up the siding. Looking at this picture in the sunlight, more needed to be done to fix the issue. I’m waiting on a call back from the company to make this right. Update: My siding is repaired. Thanks to the information and pictures kept on file and sent to me in an email by Campopiano roofing, the development company NVR, put in an order to have the siding repaired. I appreciate the good record keeping and the fast repair by Titus.”

“Lake Orion Roofing did a great job replacing our roof. Mark the owner and his staff are friendly and easy to work with. The process was very easy with no pressure, excellent details of the process and many addresses for reference to check out examples of their work. All steps were performed when Mark said they would be. The tearoff and installation was done by his crew in less than a day with zero debris or nails left behind. They installed the same materials in the same manner with the same warranty as another well known roofer wanted to charge more than $2000 additional for! I highly recommend them.”

“They made sure me and my wife both were present through the whole process. They did a free inspection with a detailed video/photos. They show us the video of our roof then sat down with us, and helped us file the claim. Once we signed the insurance authorization integrity handled the insurance all the way through and only brought what concerned us to our attention. “Roofmaster’s and Kirk Fillinger is hands down the best contractor we have ever dealt with. After months of dealing with an insurance company that refused to repair anything and an unresponsive and unhelpful roofing contractor we contacted Kirk at Roofmaster’s, within two weeks our claim was approved and a new roof had already been installed. Two weeks after that our claim for siding damage had been approved also and is already set for installation of all new siding. All of this is do to Kirk’s expertise and experience with dealing with insurance companies. The workmanship of the crew was exceptional from their work ethic and quality to all of the time they spent making sure everything was cleaned up and there were no nails or trash anywhere. We have a 2500 square ft house and the roof was removed and replaced in a day.
