“I chose Choice 1 because they had done work for me in the past and I was very satisfied with it. After the Memorial Day tornadoes, my house sustained damage to the roof and siding. My insurance company did a very superficial inspection and offered a dismal estimate that wouldn't even cover the roof damage. I called 3 different contractors for estimates, including Choice 1. Choice 1 was the ONLY contractor who offered to do a re-inspection walkaround with the insurance company rep. Ray, the CEO of Choice 1, pointed out the actual damage to the insurance guy, and they came up with a much more realistic estimate. Ray agreed to work within the estimate, and helped with all the paperwork necessary to satisfy my insurance and mortgage companies. The work was completed in a reasonable length of time, and they matched the unusual color of my siding perfectly. Both the work and the clean-up were thorough. The workmen were very agreeable. Ray personally did follow-up checks to make sure everything was done as it should be and that no debris was left behind. I can't say enough good things about this contractor. I would definitely recommend Choice 1 for any roofing/siding/gutter jobs.”

David the Owner and Mike who is the Seniors Claim Mediator were both exceptional from beginning to end! There was a leak in our master bedroom wall that was for sure coming from the roof. After multiple failed attempts from other companies at resolving our issue Mike came in found where the leak was coming from and did a temporary fix till we could get an entire roof replacement. Also, gutted the wall where the leak occurred to treat for any mold issues. During roof replacement a crew was also here to repaint our window shutters that compliment the roof shingles. They did everything we asked for and more. They handled all paperwork to file the claim with insurance company. When these guys leave you can't even tell they were there. They take great pride in making sure your property is thoroughly clean. David and Mike personally come and inspect all aspects of their crews work and makes sure your satisfied before you make your final payment.
