“Introduced to John through a mutual friend and once we got the desired color of the roof finalized. He got his crew onto the project and got it done very quickly. He kept us informed of how much they had done by sending photos everyday till completion. This was a nice added feature since he was re-rooofing a rental unit and eliminated the need to drive out there on a regular basis. My property managers would check on the status every other day as well and keep me informed. They were impressed at how fast his crew worked and when they saw the end results they were impressed. I look forward in seeing the new roof in person in a few weeks, when we have time to go to Hollister to see it. They started on a Monday and were finished by Thursday afternoon (including inspection). Since, we are concerned about price, they are very competitive in pricing and it was my property managers who said he offered very good pricing which helped me with my decision. “It is my honor to offer a letter of reference for Liberty Roofing Group, LLC. We own two houses in the city limits of Jackson: both needed roof replacements after storm damage. The company was prompt to send someone to review the roof of each house. As part of the inspection, we were provided with excellent updates and photos of the damage. Once we decided to replace the roof, we were provided with roofing samples of the different styles and colors. Additionally, as we narrowed the choice down to two options, we were provided with addresses of houses that had been roofed with each of our choices so we could see what it would look like on an actual house. With the decision made, the installation was scheduled within a very short period of time. The material was delivered and the driver was courteous enough to confirm exactly where I wanted the pallet to be dropped. With the material on site, a roll-off was delivered for disposal of the old shingles and the crew arrived as promised. The old roof was stripped within a few hours and the new roof was almost completed the same day. On day two, the roof installation was complete to our absolute satisfaction. During the installation, our shrubbery and pool were carefully protected. Throughout the entire process, communication was excellent, our interest was a priority to everyone, from the salesman, to the delivery drivers, to the installation crew and the clean-up crew. Having a roof installed can be an daunting experience; however, the team of Liberty Roofing were remarkable every step of the way. I would highly recommend them for anyone needing a new roof.”

“I took estimates from several companies to replace my flat rubber roof. I am absolutely happy that I went with Lennie and Prestige Roofing. He was in constant communications and answered any questions. His foreman came out to look things over and then, to my surprise, the foreman was actually on site doing the work with the others. Lennie was there as well several times. Too often the foreman or owners don't show up for the work but just have their guys on site. That's fine but it's great to know the ones who were there at the start, were there for the whole job. The quality was excellent and they cleaned up after every day meticulously. They did the job right and I have every confidence that my roofs (I actually had a 2nd roof on a storage building done as well) are good for a very long time. For peace of mind and knowing you are getting what you pay for, I cannot recommend them enough.”
