“During the pandemic our family blew out the power in the front half our house. We had to upgrade our whole electrical system quickly (were both teachers who had to zoom-teach from home). SRY Construction was great. They came right out, gave us a free estimate, and were ready to work right away. A permit from the city was required for the kind of electrical work we did, however, in early Covid-times permits were really backed up. Eli is a local, who knows how to work with the city and the inspectors. He maintained constant contact with the permitting office to ensure that our project could be completed on time. It was and we have not had any more electrical problems at all. Highly recommend.”

“Once I purchased my first home earlier this year, I learned my first big expense would be replacing the roof - all but crushing my plan of getting solar installed. I found Simmitri after finding out there are companies that do both roof replacement and solar installation. Having met with two companies - one small outfit and one of the 'big names' - I met with Jonathan, so I could say I followed the 'three quote' rule in big projects. Jonathan's knowledge, personal communication, and positivity made my decision easy...come to find out, he not only does initial in-home consultation meetings, but he is also an executive of the company - a busy man of many hats! He was able to meet both my schedule and cost goal with no threat to quality. The efficiency and communication of the office staff throughout the whole process was surprising. If I had a question, I knew I wouldn't have to wait long for an answer. The quality of work, attention to detail, and promptness made the physical presence of the workers a non-issue. I actually enjoyed interacting with the Roofers, Solar Installers, and even the Gutter team - everyone was very respectful and seemed to operate like a well oiled machine. “My husband and I have never dealt with a contractor as easy and professional as Strata Roofing. I had personal contact information for just about everyone dealing with our case. Our first interaction was with Rio, and he spent time with both my husband and I explaining everything, from A to Z, and did not rush or try to sell us more. He was straight forward, told us what we needed and did not need. He was available at all times, even the weekends. It was a 3 day project(roof and gutter replacement) and each day we had a supervisor(Frank) on site making sure the crew was cleaning and spoke with our neighbors, let them know that they would be replacing our roof and apologized for the noise. Frank would get here before the crew started(6:45am) and would leave after they finished for the night. Any questions I had I would take them to him, he had answers and suggestions for everything, even things that didn’t have to do with our roof, he was great! The first day, all the superior people of the company came and made sure all the material arrived and the crew had everything they needed. I was amazed at how much work went into getting this project done, including an 18 wheeler delivering our material. It was a big project and they made everything seem so easy. We love our new roof and gutters and are so thankful we picked Strata as our contractor. They’ve now become life long contacts. Thank you guys so much!”

“WHAT A WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE: When I think of Delta Roofing and Construction Co., the words, honest, efficient, timely, and extremely competent comes to mind. These guys hand-nailed over 90 squares, on a two-story house, in the heat of the summer; in less than two-and-a-half days. Believe me, that’s incredible. I always vet three or four companies on major projects done to my home, and roof replacement was no exception. The thing is, I wanted my shingles to be hand-nailed, and each company I ask if this was something they did, all tried to talk me out of it. Hector Rios of Delta Roofing didn’t even blink an eye. He said “Sure,” if that’s what you want. Hector Rios is one-in-a-million. He has mastered the art of exuding sincere warmth while maintaining a truly professional air. He was a joy to work with. Using graphs and some pre-selected documents from his trade, he took me through every facet of my project. I learned what was needed, what materials would be used, the cost that would be incurred, and how long it would take to complete the work. He then offered to work with my insurance company to ensure that their interaction on the project would flow smoothly, which it did. I was extremely impressed with his presentation. He is truly a credit to his profession. The service technicians arrived early one morning and worked diligently for two and a half days. They were clean, efficient, professional, and worked with vigor and purpose to complete the work. They even placed clean drop cloths and plywood over things on my patio to ensure their safety. Also, I would be remiss if I didn't mention how warm and friendly they were. All in all, It was a very pleasant experience. I sincerely thank Hector Rios and Delta Roofing for that wonderful experience and will forever sing their praises. I highly recommend Delta Roofing and Construction Company to anyone who is in need of a roofing contractor.
