“I received 6 or 7 bids on my roof. ROOF1 was the only GAF bid, the others were all Owens/Corning. I did my research on GAF and came away impressed. Roof1 came in under the other bids. I am always skeptical of the lowest bid. I put all the bids on a spreadsheet to compare the line items. After a conversation with Scott over the phone, I came away quite impressed. I was in the roofing biz for 3 years, but 40 years ago. I accepted his bid and the work began the following week. The materials showed up on time. The crew showed up on time. Carlos, the crew chief, is exceptional. He is also a pretty good carpenter, as I kept an eye on all their work. I loaned him my chain saw and he trimmed back all my overgrown trees (no charge). They also put a new roof on an 8x8 shed and replaced the 1x6 fascia boards, gable rakes and damaged sheathing for $150. I provided all the materials (Roof1 supplied the underlayment and the shingles). Carlos also repaired some damaged fascia in front of house (no charge). The crew worked methodically until dark and didn’t quite finish. They returned early next morning and finished in 3 hours. They left the premises cleaner than they found it. Best of all, my roof is beautiful and the color (Scott picked) matched perfectly! The warranty on the shingles and the work is outstanding. BOTTOM LINE: WOULD I USE ROOF1 AGAIN? ABSOLUTELY! Thanks Scott, you are a true professional.”

“I contacted Ryman Roofing as I had a metal roof that was leaking. They sent out someone to do the estimate. He was very professional and kind. He recommended panels be put over the metal roof. These panels were white and the roof look so beautiful when it was completed. The roofers were very respectful and answered all my questions. There was an issue with the porch roof so they called their supervisor to get instructions on how to fix it instead of doing it themselves with the possibility of fixing the issue incorrectly. I also decided at the last minute to do the shed. They came out right away to price it and waived the cost of installation only charging for the material which was a very fair price. I would recommend Ryman Roofing to anyone looking to have a roof put on their home.”
