“We had hail damage September 2020 and contacted several companies that replaced roofs. Carter responded to our call and my wife and I were impressed with his knowledge and explanation of the process for the replacement of the roof and 7 skylights. The entire roof and skylights were replaced in one day, the site was cleaner after they finished the work and removed all old shingles and lights. Everything was completed as promised and Carter handles the paperwork with the insurance company. This is a 5 star operation. “These guys built a carport for us and it exceeds expectations in structural strength and cosmetics. I asked for something that would be strong enough for north Texas storms and provide shade from the sun. The carport was built specifically to meet our needs and not just a generic plan. I finalized the plan on a Thursday and the construction started the following Thursday. One week as opposed to six weeks from other vendors plus this one is custom built. I highly recommend this company!!”

“With the December storm our home suffered roof damage as with many across the state. We were blessed to have minor damages compared to so many. The storm damage of course brought a leak with it. The above business was fast to do the initial inspection and put a tarp on at no cost till repairs could be made. Final repairs were made in a timely manner, and we are now leak free as its raining now. Nice to have a local business to depend on in hard situations that require quick services. Would like to issue a special Thanks to our repairman Nick for his professional work ethic and helping me move some outside furniture that got blown over during the storm. Nick kindly offered to help me move after noticing this old man struggling to move such items. Will be calling this summer to replace my garage roof.”

“Jon has worked very hard from start to finish to get our roof repaired after storm damage and has been there every step of the way. I cannot thank him enough for helping with the claim and dealing with the insurance company and the adjuster. Without him our roof would not have gotten repaired. He has been very responsive to any of our questions and has always been there if we needed anything. The company as a whole I would highly recommend. They have been very informative and communicated throughout the entire process to let us know when materials were to arrive and what to expect and what to do. When the work was to actually start there were here on time and fully prepared and got right to work. Everyone was very professional and finished to get the job done by the end of the day. Jon stopped by to check on everything and handle any issues or concerns but there none and I was very happy with the work that was being done. At the end of the day everything was cleaned up and the yard looked very good. A few of the workers even stopped by the next day to do one last check and sweep of the yard. “Guys this is by far the best McDonald's I have ever been to. I have only good things to say. Firstly, walking in, the restaurant (bathrooms included) was very clean. No tables were dirty and the drink area was clean. Secondly, The hospitality was on the next level. The staff greeted me as I walked in which is exceptional for fast food service especially a McDonald's. There was a crowd of seniors sitting in each corner enjoying a coffee or a breakfast sandwich (something that'd be more common to a Culver's). I also was given a free McDonald's Baked Apple Pie. I'd like to give a special shout-out to Lita who I got to have a chat with and made my experience more than worth while. Lastly, for speed of service and order accuracy, my food was out before I even sat down and the Drive-Thru line seemed to be moving very quickly. I had everything correct on my order and loved my experience. Thank you McDonald's Harrison Avenue for doing an outstanding job!”

“Arnold Roofing was one of three bids for roof installation on our new construction home. It would be easy to say we chose them because they were the most affordable - but we felt they were also the most knowledgable about the products (which shingle and price point worked best for our needs and style) best on timing estimates to complete our job and most friendly. They promised to have shingles on the house before the first snowfall and made sure to meet that promise even working through the Thanksgiving weekend to complete the job - the Friday morning and Saturday after Thanksgiving guys were on our roof! This is during CoVID and trade worker Shortages - amazing! They brought everything needed and left our job site cleaner than when they began. My builder was equally impressed with their friendliness, timing and quality of service. They are local people who care about doing a fantastic job for you! You feel it the minute you meet them!
