“Amazing school with educators and administrators who really care about their students in and out of the classroom. Their special education department is OUTSTANDING!!! First time I've experienced a team that cared about my child as much as I do.”

“Our son has been attending Kids First Club for almost four months. Dropping him off was and still is one of the easiest things I had to do after going back to work.I have never had to worry about my son, he is so happy in his preschool. The teachers (Miss Cindy and Miss Yenine) are wonderful and do a ton of learning. We can see a big change in our son. He recognizes many letters, knows the numbers and finally loves reading books. In addition to learning, my son gets plenty of time outside - the backyard is big, has a sandbox (which is so difficult to find in the parks these days), and many other toys. Being a fan of home made meals, I also love the fact that kids get home-made breakfast, lunch and snacks. I highly recommend Kids First Club!”

“As an employee at Evolving Minds, I enjoyed working there. What I enjoyed most is working with the children. All of the children were fun, very very smart, and they participated in the week curriculum. I will miss them very much. I also appreciate Mrs. Robin very much for giving me a chance and not turning me down. I will never forget her kindness towards me. May God bless her abundantly, and the children for the work that she does.”

“Thank you so much for the pictures! But that is secondary. Most importantly, thank you for teaching us your skills this weekend. Your overall dedication and commitment to this sport was hard to miss, its a rare gem in NYC. Your instructor - Patrick Lee, is a very knowledgeable, bright and confident instructor and it compliments his positive personality. personality the friends who took a coarse parallel to ours had a great instructor as well. I had a blast learning as a sailor. I believe I am speaking for all of my group when I say we are extremely fortunate to have picked as our school and appreciate you spending extra time investing into us on late Sunday afternoon. I will gladly sign up for the next coarse, go to Sandy Hook and back to learn new skills. I am particularly interested in spinnaker handling, reefing and "heaving to" skills from your instructors. I will gladly hear about using sea-drough that is used to "park the boat" in the middle of a storm. Its a very interesting concept. Learning theory. Getting another certification under my belt. Learning new knots. The entire weekend was a blast. It was my great pleasure to spend the weekend with you all. Until next time.”

“Brought my Emg 81 explorer, because the bridge pup sounded weak. Jimmy is a wizard with a golden touch. He had it screaming again in no time. He also cares enough to tell you to CALL him if you have any other issues. I also bought an inexpensive squier bullet strat from him, he modded it with a Seymour duncan. ..and believe it or not, it remains my FAVORITE guitar to play to this day. Jimmy had it set up FLAWLESS from the day I bought it, and I still can't believe how well it plays/holds tune compared to other axes I own at 10 times the price. It pays to buy an instrument from him, because he cares about what he sells, and is in it for the passion. Im fortunate to live close to his store, and would drive 100 miles even if I wasn't. :)”

“West is the best place to be. They make learning fun and in 6th grade they start you off easy and work it to harder. If you need a middle school choose West.”

“The Childbloom Guitar Program is a great program. Kelli is also a great instructor. She works hard to reach the student and teach in a way they can understand and progress. My son is enjoying learning classical guitar and our family is thrilled to listen as his guitar skills continue to develop.”

“My oldest attended until the finish & now my youngest baby is attending! So much trust in this facility. My kids grow such of an attachment to the teachers at this daycare because of how well they are treated & taken care of. It’s a scary step as a parent when it comes time for kids/infants to attend daycare but Something Extra is definitely the place to go to feel relief of where your kids will be through the day. They also have an app for the kids & update it frequently through the day. LOVE this I personally check it at least 4 times a day lol.”

“I am grateful every day for finding GemEducare and Eileen. She and her incredible team go above and beyond for the kids in their care, including our son, who has been there for nearly 2 years. I dread the day he ages out because he is so loved and cared for here. When people compliment our son's behavior and emotional intelligence, we always credit Eileen for her role in shaping such self-aware, curious children. I often turn to her for child-development advice and her guidance has been invaluable for our family. Her team members are also amazing and create such a fun and nurturing environment through arts and crafts, music/dancing, outdoor activities, stories and play-based experiments and teaching moments. They do so much to make our kids happy and we couldn't be more grateful. Eileen and her team are like our extended family and so are all the amazing kids who attend this magical school :)”

“I feel that this school provides a unique and wonderful experience in the sense that it exposes you to a variety of cultures, preparing the student for real life, where they will have to be exposed to different types of people. The PACE program at Carpenter for me, led by Ms. Harris was a wonderful experience. Although she is leaving I heard that Ms. Eppler is a good teacher as well. Also, I feel that the Theater program at Carpenter is amazing as well, led by Ms. Pierce, who puts on the programs herself. The Band, Orchestra, and Choir programs, as well as the art program are an invigorating experience as well. Finally, the Spanish program led by Mr. Hurtado is top notch and will prepare you for Spanish 2 and beyond. A few points for the facility not being renovated as much as it should and aging computers, but I know that they are in the process of renovating it.”
