Located very close to the 805 and Paradise Valley Hospital, parking isn't a problem with the mall itself has a large parking lot stretching the entire length. Some times in the morning you have people coming up to you inquiring about work for the day or panhandling, hut that's about it.”

In a very nice neighborhood on a quiet street with children playing and very little cars going by because the location is a low key area. I think it's the perfect neighborhood and street if you're looking for that hometown feeling. You have neighbors it's family oriented peaceful and if you have children you're not on a busy road but you have access to the grade school right down the street on Mansion Avenue and the High school on Edgewood Avenue both within walking distance and both are great public schools. Definitely a place I would recommend to a friend looking for a place to live in Audubon. I'd actually like to check in to renting a place for myself.”
