The waiting room and exam rooms were very clean and had a clean fresh floral smell. The nurse was professional, friendly, and polite. She was very good with my grandson. The doctor was also very cheerful and friendly. She was knowledgeable and showed genuine concern for the baby. This was our first visit here. So far it has been a good visit and I would not hesitate to bring my other grandchildren as well.”

“It is all about the instructors and flow in the classes for me. I am motivated by good music greatly choreographed to the workouts. Stephanie’s yoga classes are the best pf both! The membership is worth it to me just to have this perfect yoga experience twice a week! The Power class and Centurgy are my other two must haves, but sadly, this year I am not valuing the choice of music tracts picked, nor are the workouts flowing well or in tune with the music, and sometime too loud. I would love to help with the music, or just talk to Stephanie, to help these two classes get up to par as they used to be.”
