“Awesome place to train and gym at the same time. Great staff and an amazing trainer. Cedric is a great person all around and very friendly. He has rained me for the past approx 3-4 months and has gotten me to where I need to be. I've went from size 40/42 waist to size 38 waist. Pants and shirts for me loose now. Also I've lost a good amount of weight from weighing in at approx 256 lbs. to weighing in at 222 lbs. It's been a dramatic change for me and he's helped me through it the way and continues to be there. I've kept up with it and continue to keep going to be at the build that I need to be and as well as the size. I'm glad I'm happy where I've gotten and wanna get better. “Yesterday I got my first PRP facial at Bloom Medical Aesthetics in Five Parks. At the age of 37 I want to keep my skin looking healthy. The elasticity in my skin didn't feel tight so I wanted to try this procedure. When I arrived blood was drawn from my arm and put into a spinner. Numbing cream was then applied to my face. A micro needling device was used to inject the blood back into my face. The procedure was painless and didn't hurt at all. It tickles a little around the eyes and nose. My skin feels tight, firm and smooth. I was given a skin product to apply on my face post procedure. I'm looking forward to the final outcome. This procedure was quick and painless. Bloom Medical Aesthetics is very clean and Beth is knowledgeable and professional. I can't wait to have this procedure again.”
