“This is a great company to work with...my salesman, Jason, was very helpful and responsive. The others that helped me also respected the customer-salesman interactions without trying to steal or compete for commission. Overall easy process and I am completely happy with my garage. One thing that I believe they can improve is offering a sealant between the concrete and building to enable better water protection. Not a bad thing just something that is a cheap ($30) extra to "finish" a project like this. Still amazing products and support!”

“I submitted an order for 44 pieces of varying sizes of .25” clear plexiglass to be used as liners in kitchen, bath, laundry drawers and cabinets. Materials were cut as requested. There was one slight hiccup which was addressed immediately by Glen and the “saw’ team. From the moment I placed the order with Ronald to picking up the the delivery at Will Call, I was treated professionally and with a pleasant and attentive attitude. If I had such a business, these would be the guys I’d want representing my business. Professional Plastics should be proud of their staff, their competency and, excuse the pun, their professionalism. “Truckers: NEW BUILD - The previous review was spot on in directions; when coming from 70 take exit 129. Google/Garmin/Truck Path will take you to the front of this new build. Their signs are small and the font is even smaller! You’ll see the first red sign turn right, continue down that road to the second entrance and the sign reads truck only no cars, turn in there. Go past the barrier and go left to stay in the parking lot, you’ll clearly see where all the trailers are. When you turn in, shipping is the first “man door” you see. You’ll get assigned a dock, they’ll have you drop the trailer & park away from your trailer. Didn’t see a specific spot for bobtails, the clerk wasn’t super clear or helpful so we parked in front of the shipping door. There’s plenty of pavement so shouldn’t be an issue finding a spot, you’ll get a call after it’s finished.”
