“My law firm has been a tenant for over 20 years. Their pricing is very fair and doesn't increase every year like a lot of these storage units. They are also very adamant about letting people in who are not specifically authorized which makes me feel they are actually monitoring the place. In general, I wish people would stop reviewing businesses they have never been clients of. I see negative reviews by people who didn't like the person answering the phone. A couple of minutes call on the phone does not compare to years of service, quality of the physical location, and staff working with tenants. My experiences with this entity are far more substantial than not liking somebody who answered the phone.”

“Used Self Stor of Andover for about 6 months from early summer to this past November. All I can say is they were absolutely fantastic and would not hesitate to use them again or recommend to anyone who is looking for a storage unit in the area.
