“I ordered 4 boxes of flooring to see how I liked it with intention to buy enough to do my kitchen. I ordered thru prime. The condition the flooring turned up in was unacceptable as well as unusable and partially missing. It was good good quality but had been obviously put thru alot in shipping. Banyan replied to my email immediately and asked for pictures, I do not think any of the pictures I sent went thru but they still refunded all my money spent and didn't even ask to have me send it back. This site is legit and though it was too late for me to have new products sent (which they offered) I will definitely be using them for further house renovation 100%recommend!”

“I have been storing my boat here for over a year with no issues. The facilities are always available to me, though I usually clean/dry my boat at home before putting it away. From my house, to this storage facility, then to the lake is 30 mins. It is very convenient and I'd recommend it for people in the area.”

“Got there at night for delivery with 8 am appointment. They wake me up at 5:30 and 6 am Empty. Good for me. If you have a delivery better come at night and get a spot. Looks like day time they are full with truck because after I backed in to door about 5 trucks get here for delivery. NO APPOINTMENT FCFS DELIVERY. DELIVERY CHECK IN By door 24. Only have 4 docks to unload 20-24 . pick ups check in by door 1 . Good luck. I think this info will be helpful for others”

“This is the place for nexen tire, don't go all the way down to the guardshack that's for a different place, check in door 14, had me loaded fairly quick but they make you help count the tires and they don't give you a seal so if they didn't put a tire on or somebody steals 1 out of your trailer I'm sure the driver would get blamed so be careful, other than that nice people and lot was plenty big enough”

“This storage facility is absolutely wonderful! It is very well maintained and kept clean, free of any trash or litter you normally see at other storage facilities! The manager is awesome and always available! I have a 10x15 foot storage room and I also store a small fishing boat on-site as well. I truly couldn't be happier. Also, this location is tucked away, yet very easy to gain access from either Highway20 or Buford Highway. They are also very well lit-up, for any possible nighttime visit that may occur. Again a great facility with superb management! :)”
