“Unicorn Delivery moving company is the real deal. They sent four experienced men to move very heavy furniture down our staircase and out to their truck. They worked as a well orchestrated team. Unicorn covered everything in moving blankets first and then carefully carried and maneuvered real heavy furniture down our stairs without dinging our walls or handrail. They anticipated each other's moves and leaped frogged ahead of one another laying down moving blankets and guiding and spotting each other during their descent. “Do not go to the Deer Valley location in Antioch, I didn’t even get to move in because I was given the wrong code and couldn’t get help because the office person left early. The following couple of days I rode around with my car full of boxes because I couldn’t get access and unfortunately no one was in office on Tuesday and Wednesdays. Thankfully, Utonia from the Sunset location in Antioch was able to help me. I was able to move in, no problem getting in the door or storage…. Everything went smoothly. It was a night and day experience! If you choose Public Storage, choose the Sunset location and Utonia will gladly help you! Awesome customer service!!!”
