Nick and his team were so patient and spent a lot of time, over multiple calls, educating me on not only their services, but how to maintain my boat after they were done. Nick personally met me after-hours when I dropped off the boat because that worked best for my schedule, and he kept me updated with pictures and text messages while he was detailing my boat. He finished exactly when he said he would and even sent me a complete walk-around video of the completed work. I even had the team install an aftermarket product on my boat and it was done perfectly. The end result was a beautiful boat - one that looked even better than new. I am so happy with the end result and the price was more than fair for the high quality work from the team. “Before the move, I spoke with Zac and he walked me through just how much everything would likely cost. He requested pics of items I wanted moved and advised me of the costs ahead of time so that there would be few surprises. My movers, Jim and Paul, were amazing! They worked fast and efficiently. They were friendly but not overly so. They got the job done in the exact amount of time as the estimate made weeks in advance. I had over 40 boxes, some 15 HUGE garment bags, two tables, two office chairs, two TVs, and moved to another city 45 mins away in 2 hours and 15 mins. We didn’t go one minute over the estimate! I never thought two people could move me - I’d accumulated almost 20 yrs of stuff and they carried them all with care and swiftly. We communicated quite well before and during the move and I was moved so well that it surprised me. I love Grosse Pointe Moving & Storage - they made a believer out of me.
