“The experience was good on the whole. I wrote a 5-star review earlier at pickup about 3 weeks ago, and now this is after delivery. The movers for delivery, Zack and Brian, did a great job, very accommodating to my wants and needs, very professional, and no damage that I have noticed. The only issue I have is that once the storage period I had used was over and it was time for delivery, we were told we'd have 24-48 hours of notice for the delivery, but that was not the case; we got a call 1.5 hours before delivery saying they were on their way, so schedules had to be rearranged slightly on short notice, but that's on customer service, not the fault of the movers themselves. Other than that, no major issues, well done.”

Then the day I actually moved in my stuff I realized I needed a bigger storage and they went ahead and upgraded my unit right then and there. I stayed with them because of the exceptional service and great pricing. Starting with the friendly and professional office staff, and excellent communication. The crews show up on time, are friendly and professional. Each time they were very careful with my belongings, carefully wrapping furniture and double-checking when they weren’t sure about something. Despite the care they take, they move quickly. All three times the move took less time than I was expecting. Dose is not looking to “gouge” customers by taking longer than needed to rack up the hourly labor charges. Their prices are very reasonable. Three moves accomplished quickly, and no damaged furniture or antiques and no unexpected increases in price from the quoted estimate. I highly recommend Dose.”
