I went online to hold the unit on Sunday morning, and I was pleasantly surprised to see that the office was going to open at 9:30 AM. Almost exactly 9:30 AM, the store manager, Cecil called me to thank me for my business and to confirm my arrival to complete the rental process. When I arrived, he went through all of the paperwork thoroughly and was very informative about the property and how everything worked. I look forward to my storage experience with this facility. Also… I have rented from a public storage in the past and it wasn’t so great… Mainly because it was not an air-conditioned facility and unfortunately attracted rodents, but this one is air conditioned, so I feel like it will be a much better experience.”

He took the time to figure out the problem and was able to get my correct phone number on my account. It took him all of 5 minutes to figure out the system bug and work around.
