This review will address the quality of the products that complement the superb customer service. I ordered a 140-2000 – The Double Lever Tool and a complement of 1/4-20, 5/16-18, 3/8-16 Rivnuts for a small construction project. I had no difficulties setting up and using the tool even thought I hadn't used this type of tool before. The quality of the 140-2000 tool is far superior (in my opinion) to other tools I found on-line. The construction is solid and rugged - I made the correct choice. The selection of Rivnuts available through Cardinal is extensive. My project required installing the Rivnuts into aluminum - simply drilled and prepared the holes in the material according to the recommendations from Cardinal and the Rivnuts fit perfectly; solidly. All said - I highly recommend Carinal Components and their products.”

From that day forward I have been satisfied, the place is clean and I able to access my things when I need to, as promised. I am not sure if I remember if the guy Darryl is the manager, but he certainly handles his business. He has been very patient and helpful, keep up the good work guys!!😊”
