I’ve heard stories about movers who take their time and draw out the time, these guys from Andy’s Transfer and Storage were so fast, professional and considerate( essentially the opposite of those horror stories). They are so mindful about not bringing in dirt into our new home and making sure we’re knew where everything was. A positive attitude the entire time. “My experience with Righteous Vanlines Moving company ended up okay. At first, I became a bit skeptical because the prices changed on me during pick up. We were on the third floor and had elevators. No one really told us that extra stairs and elevators would be extra charges but it was outlined in the paperwork so we were okay with that because after extra research on moving companies, it was not unusual that moving companies did charge extra fees for these services. I just wish that we could have been aware upfront. As far as the moving team...we were satisfied with their customer service both in how they handled us as customers and how they packed our items. Once we received our things in Spencer, WI, we did run across an extra fee because we were on the second floor but this fee was waived and we all left off happy. I would recommend this company but I would also advise others to ask questions regarding stair and elevator fees (if applicable) upfront so that there will not be any surprises. As for the service of this company, we were very satisfied! Good luck!”

The store attendant walked me through operating the vehicle and covered every point in the rental. All questions, answered. Professionalism, checked! “If you have a late night pickup, they have a different facility a few miles away. I waited around and broker kept telling me they’re waiting on me but nobody was at this location. Then using the power of google I found their other facility down the road and those guys are there all night and were waiting for me. Got loaded quick and glad I didn’t wait all night for this warehouse to open just to send me there anyways lol. I hope this information helps you not waste your time waiting for them to open!”
