I showed up early at 9:15 they don't open until 9:30 so I went to Dollar tree across the street. As I was headed back I got a call from her at 9:33 and she asked if I need help completing the application for the Unit rental. I told her I would be there in 2 mins which I was. The whole process was smooth and seamless. She showed me the unit and we were done within 5 to 10 mins! Also kudos to her for checking in with me as soon as they opened! The owner, Bob Smith lives adjacent to the facility and is "hands on" to help his customer/friends. When we had difficulty separating our tow vehicle from trailer, Bob was quickly there, and had the knowledge to help us as "newbies" resolve our challenge. he provided us a wonderful "value added service". We would highly recommend this facility for your RV storage.”
