“I don’t believe they allow overnight parking but we all started coming into the facility at 6:45am. Shipping & Receiving Office doesn’t unlock their door until just before 7am. If you’re one of the first few trucks in with an early (7-8am appointment), you’re likely to have 2 forklift drivers unloading you, which will have you in and out within 30 minutes.”

“So there’s no parking on-site but there is a truck stop less than a mile away that lets you park first 3 hours free, then it’s $25. Got here at 3am but receiving doesn’t open until 6am, not a 24hour facility. When you come in it’s on the right side, grey building. Across from building is another facility that’s grey and blue with pink vans, that’s not the cold storage lol. I was so confused when I first got here but it’s the boring greyish beige building across from it ok? ok. Got here at 6:06am for 7am appt but they girl that checks ppl in didn’t get here until 6:45am but it was cool I still got into a door immediately. The people here are super nice, clean bathroom inside and easy backing. Out by 7:46am”

But the guy who unloaded me was really quick once he got to me and knew what he was doing. I was unloaded in about 25 to 30 minutes. I would definitely go back to this receiver since they are fast once they get to you just hope they would honor their appt time.”

“I took a shot in buying an 08 bmw 335xi sight unseen from Vermont. Scrambled around trying to find a car carrier and took a chance with VMS. Well, they tried picking it up the first night, but had a scheduling conflict, but they made good on getting it the following day. The driver that picked it up didn’t speak much English, but that didn’t matter. He cared for my car as if it were his own. I even gave them the option of delivering it to me in a day, but he drove straight to me so I had it that night at 12:30! I’d use this company again and I’m glad I found a company like this that I could trust. Thanks guys! Sometimes you have to shop out side of your area to find the best deals and the best cars and VMS made that possible for me.”
