SERVICE Polite and friendly. I like that they have sugar free syrup options and that they do latte art here. Also, they conveniently have outlets everywhere so you camp out and work on your laptop. III. QUALITY Don't judge a book by it's cover. Although the plaza is old, Black Press did such a wonderful job renovating the interior of the cafe. Also, the lattes and cappuccinos taste pretty good ~ I can vouch for those. IV. CAPACITY Fair amount of available seating on a weekday around noon”

The latte was Irish Cream flavor and was PERFECT. They didn’t have fat free milk but it didn’t bother me because the setting called for decadence. I bought a loaf of sour dough bread to take with me and was not disappointed. The service was fast and very friendly.
