“I was selling a home and needed some work to clean up the chimney. Bill was very communicative about the process and even scheduled around the unpredictable Michigan spring weather to get this done, which meant he and his team worked from late afternoon into the night to get what needed to get done on time for the sale of the home. He provided options and upfront pricing to fix the issues from a full dismantling of upper chimney and rebuilding to patching and repairing all noticeable defects he observed during his inspection. I choose to patch, repair and paint. So his team came out and provided an inspection, interior and exterior cleaning, brick patching, tucking the joints, brick painting, repairing and extending the liner and putting on a cap. It turned out great and I'm very appreciative of him and the clear communication. Also took PayPal which made paying him super easy. I included some before and after photos to show the great work. I would highly recommend. I also learned he has an insane amount of knowledge of brick and concrete and learned some tips and tricks for my own projects with concrete that were not related to the current job. “I was very pleased with Don's Heating & Air Conditioning, and I would definitely recommend them. They were able to get us on their schedule very quickly to resolve my AC issue. Unfortunately, we had to move the appointment a couple of days due to weather conditions, but they gave me fair notice of this. The service tech was able to diagnose our problem quickly and even told us what to watch out for in the future, and the pricing is also reasonable. I plan to use them in the future. “Today my aunt and I brought a 2 year old and 4 year old in to pick a “just because” gift (something I’ve never done but my aunt insisted on). While at the store we asked for a price check on a few items, while the employee was stocking shelves. She immediately helped us then returned to her work. After my kiddos had chosen a toy, we’re headed to the checkout down the party goods aisle. My 4 year old picked up a small snow globe which I immediately told him to put back down… before he had the chance to put it down, he dropped it accidentally and it shattered on the floor. I found the employee that had helped us earlier, I believe her name tag said Harmony, and asked her how I could clean it up and pay for the item. She came to our aisle and cleaned up the area and insisted that it was an honest mistake and we did not need to pay for the 3.50 broken globe. I was mortified that I had let this happen and wanted to crumble into a million pieces- apparently my four year old felt the same because at the register he asked me if the police were on the way to get him. As a mother who’s as frazzled in this situation, with a very sensitive child that genuinely did not mean harm to any store items, I could not have been more appreciative of Harmony. I would certainly come back to this store to shop for its amazing customer service (although they would probably prefer we shop elsewhere ha).”

“Very good quality breakfast for a very reasonable price I had the special smothered burrito and it was very filling, made fresh, and tasted great. It came with a side of fresh fruit. The coffee is reasonably strong and several topping options available (milk, oat milk, sugar, etc..). This is inside of the ymca so in the mornings when you are finishing up your workout it is very mouthwatering as they fill the whole place with the smell of freshly made bacon. Will absolutely come here again.”

Mr. Nisly took the time to show us all the features, and answered all our questions. We live 3 hours away from his location. He was agreeable to our leaving a deposit, and returning a few days later with our truck to complete the sale and take it home.
