“The PLACE is fine. The employees were very considerate and professional when we went in to cancel our plan. The SERVICE itself however was horrible! We were paying over $74 a month and the internet was down almost as often as it worked. And we live literally ONE mile from their tower. We couldn't watch a streaming program and be on a computer at the same time. Had to turn off wifi when we got home just to use our phones. Sometimes it would take almost 90 minutes to watch a 43 minute show! We had to call them several times a month because of unexplained outages. On the phone they kept telling us our password was wrong so they couldn't help us. It was a very aggravating experience having this internet provider! And all our neighbors have the same issues. I definitely do NOT recommend them as an internet provider.”

“I have been going to Berts pools for about 4 years for chemicals. Always very helpful and informative. I went other places before always walked out wondering do I really need all this. Never happened at Berts. Also this year we had them close our pool. It was early but we needed it done. They did a great job. I like the job they did because they put as much effort and care into doing it as I would. Ive had other places do it and they took 15 minutes to close my pool. Like I said Berts did a way better job.”

I will be back. update: We drove the bike home Saturday, super happy with the entire experience, however, Monday Dallas Harley-Davidson calls to tell us they will pick the bike up Wednesday to do the service, put on new tires and make sure it is 100% ready for to go by the weekend. They pick up the bike Wednesday morning and had it back to me by lunch Thursday!!! New tires, new clutch master cylinder cover, new brakes....the whole 9 yards! I am blown away by their customer service. Dallas Harley, you're not the closest dealership to me but you have proven you are worth the trip. Thank you.”

“🔥🚨 EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE!! 🚨🔥 We bought the Enbio S model Autoclave about a year ago. Our sterilization time has went from 60 minutes to 7 minutes. GAME CHANGER for body piercing. About a week ago the machine went down. After a lot of use the seal went. This company was contacted end of the night after they were closed. They showed up the NEXT morning with a replacement machine while ours was being repaired. The autoclave was returned to us a week later at no cost for parts, labor or delivery!!”
