“Where do I even start! Tyler is a fantastic artist in his tattoo work but also just on pen and paper. I received a tattoo from him and he was able to get me in for a appointment promptly and worked around my schedule. He was extremely clean and was sure to go through all the proper paperwork and procedures to keep the environment clean. The shop is very clean as well and offers beverages and small items to shop from local vendors. During my tattoo I experienced a low sugar spell and Tyler and his wife Jennifer were calm and attentive to my needs with offering me food and drinks to bring my sugar up which was fantastic. I am very happy with my tattoo and with the experience I had at Tyler’s shop. I highly recommend and will continue to come back for future tattooes.”

I was visiting from Indiana and found the shop owner to be absolutely delightful even though we stopped in not long before the scheduled closing time. At times, it can feel weird going into a new yarn store, but I was greeted like a long time friend. The selection was amazing and I was able to find some things that were unavailable at many other locations. I came back the next day and found the atmosphere to be just as warm and welcoming. Having this store do close to home I know many people in our community puts use to this store so many of my friends go in and out several times a week ! The only reason it didn't get a 5 star is because 1) most workers have no clue what their talking about or selling 2) several employees on multiple occasions had me waiting til they were done with their personal calls or didn't talk to me during my transaction because they wouldn't get off the phone 3) they talk about really inappropriate things on the phone loudly so everyone in the store hears. Basically in general they should have some kind of education program so their workers know what their selling and they need classes on customer service”
