But I go through a monthly gauntlet of interminable hold music trying to find pharmacies that gave my medication in stock, and this Walgreens is where I go when all the other pharmacies have failed me. When I’m at the very end of my rope, tired of the bureaucracy and the system and frustrated after hours on hold, I’m wildly grateful for their pharmacy’s prompt, no-nonsense professionalism. I never learned the names of the women that I spoke to both on the phone and at the counter today and in prior months, but I sincerely appreciate their help. I have and will continue to drive more than an hour to this Walgreens because they have come through for me more often than any other pharmacy.”
