Not only did we spend a lot of time at the store, Karla also worked hard for us behind the scenes. She gave me her personal cell number so we could work together outside the store hours. She was so helpful with finding me the perfect mother of the quince dress, along with our damas dresses, chambelanes suits, my daughters bouquet, and her bear. Her seamstress is amazing as well. She altered my daughters quince dress (which was bought somewhere else), my mother of the quince dress, a bridesmaid dress, damas dress, and other dresses for the family. I specifically choose this auction house when buying, so I was disappointed to drive all the way there to read a paper taped to the door that says I can’t pickup until 10. Google hours says 9. Edit: I see that now on my invoice. Also, we have never scheduled a pickup, I thought we just show up during pickup hours, which I assumed were during normal hours. Again, we only ever buy from this spot, and I should’ve read closer on my invoice. Review adjusted”
