As you make your way down the isle to the back of the store you realize that its much more. A step back in time, you're greeted with a smile and southern hospitality. Clearly family run and you're treated as such. As I waited for my order I explored a few shelves full of items that had to be the secret ingredients to many grandmother's signature dishes. Certainly things you can't find in the huge chain stores. Whether grocery shopping, getting a bite to eat or getting hot prepared fried chicken for 70 people, I highly recommend E. W. Thomas.”

“Probably my favorite Walmart ever! I have been coming here from the first day it opened. I remember coming up and wanting to spend all my hard earned money. A lot has changed over the years on the inside but the staff and employees have always been super friendly. The only thing that has never changed is all the smoke you have to endure walking up to the front of the building, with out fail there is always a Walmart employee or two or three living the dream out front just smoking away. I have been to all the east county WalMarts but somehow this one is the only one where smokers kill their patrons with all that love. If you love some smoke I recommend you definitely come here and check it out.”

Organized, efficient, the many people in line briefed before doors opened so they would understand what was available. Buyers were orderly and in line. Water, TP, and paper towels provided at back of the store near receiving. Great system, courteous employees. Couldn't have gone better.”
