“I was becoming a much bigger fan of Aldi when they approve the product line and got rid of a lot of things that contain high-fructose corn syrup. But they now have moved away from being a low price leader. Even on Staples like milk and eggs, they're very careful to price match stores that are not the lowest prices anymore. I can always do better for milk and eggs at Meijer or Kroger”

The poor man ahead of us at self-checkout apparently got three different lemons from three different bins and booze. Two different Wal-Mart ladies had to figure out how to check him out.”
