“Foodtown is so much better than the place that stood in the lot before. The vegetables and fruits are always fresh and it's a great sight to see when you first enter, there are 3 different places where you can try their food (fruit, cheese, and bakery) the fruit one is always full of melons and more, very tasty. The diversity of fish and seafood is astonishing. The cheeses are also very good. The bakery area is my favorite part, always smells great and is great to look like! A nice environment and staff is helpful and friendly, I completely recommend it! Though they could turn up the heat, just a bit.”

“The food is great and the service is friendly. I recommend the beef kaldereta, pancit malabon, shanghai rolls and the banana rolls. Lumpiang Saging. They also do tray orders for parties and the guy who runs the place. Tatang Tony is very friendly and knowledgeable. It's like going to a favorite uncle or a suki at home. He always tries to accomodate everybody and always have a smile ready. ps. the place is also a store where you can get pinoy snacks, canned food, condiments and ingredients for common asian and pinoy dishes.”

All lines of people (at checkout, Subway shop inside, electronics department counter, etc.) move well. Merchandise is always in good order and rotated freshly with the seasons. It is also frustratingly unpredictable - if you liked a product and want to buy it again, it may never return, or may be replaced with something not as good. The staff are friendly and helpful, but the whole shopping experience is decidedly downscale. Still, I look for things here before going to Target, etc. since any products Family Dollar might have in stock will probably be better and cheaper than elsewhere.”
