“I had the most amazing experience here yesterday with an employee in the floral department by the name of Daisy”! As I looked through all the flowers undecided with my choice; this sweet lady asked me detailed questions about the recipient of the flowers and together we picked the perfect assortment. Her customer service went above excellent when she told me to go to the cashier and pay for the flowers as she puts the arrangement in the vase! Now that’s what you call quality service. Everyone that saw the beautiful arrangement had nice comments to say. Thank goodness for Daisy! “I go there everyday . The new owner and his wife are 100. They come out and make a point to say hi when I'm walking dogs(maybe it's actually to give my dogs treats) . When delis open ,food is always fresh . Store is clean . Very friendly atmosphere. You know they appreciate your business. Nice variety of fresh food. If you spend 5 on deli food (excellent chicken ) you get a free large soda . Shawn (the owner) has given my son few hours a week stocking during this pandemic .”

You could tell actively giving great service was his nature. So now anytime I’m traveling and pass this exit I will visit!”

“I love to come to Sprouts for the okra chips! They have many interesting foods and it's a great place to get fresh fruits and vegetables. I especially love their sandwich shop- about once a month my mom and I will go get sandwiches there to fuel is for our errands. Last week we did have a poor experience there and are currently on the hunt to try out a different Sprouts location because of it. We went to order our sandwiches and the employee at the sandwich counter stated that they were not staffed sufficiently to make sandwiches that day- so if you are going there for sandwiches, might want to call first. We said that the situation was a bummer and continued our shopping. I ended up picking up delicious sushi rolls and vegetable rolls- no big deal. What I did not appreciate: one employee says to the other that they "hate turning people away" and the employee who had given us the info at the counter replied with "oh well! If we can't make sandwiches we can't do it. They just have to deal with it. We have enough to do." I found it distasteful that this conversation was said within my earshot. I know that employees complain and talk but they should not do it where the customer can hear.”
