I used to go to another local Valvoline to get my oil changed but the staff changed along with the service so I switched locations but not companies. I had great experiences at my original Valvoline location, just wasn’t happy when I noticed a change in service. So I stayed with the franchise. Very glad I did! The Valvoline located at 374 Central Avenue in White Plains, New York is only as good as the staff that work there. I will not take my truck anywhere but there to get my oil changed. The staff are professional, friendly, and fast! And you do not need to exit your vehicle unless you want to.”
