They were understanding that my dog was aggressive so they gave me a muzzle to put on him & they took him inside to give him the shots then brought him back out to my car. “Dr. Jackson and Staff treated my cat with such a through clinical diagnostic manner. She understood what the cat needed. We would pop in from time to time through the years when the cat needed medical treatment. She did NOT push euthanasia. If anything, Dr Jackson allowed me to come around to the decision in my own. She adored my animal as did her staff. They may not have adored me (the human) but they took excellent care of my cat. They take care of animals not humans. If they would be my primary vet...I would be thrilled but they only see pets with emergencies.”

“One of the top reproductive clinics in the entire country -- we are lucky to have Dr. Ferris & crew in the Portland area! Very reasonably priced for the level of service as well. And, unlike other repro clinics on this coast, your mare is not locked in a 12x12 pipe or bare-floored box stall for her entire stay. They have spacious stalls especially for mares & foals and offer daily turnout in grass paddocks -- again, for a reasonable daily rate, literally half the daily rate of some vets in So Cal. More than one friend has shipped up mares to Dr. Ferris & Chelsea from 1000 miles away and none have regretted it. I recently opted to leave a mare & foal for what ended up being 3 weeks with them this summer, as she would not cycle normally, & to be honest, I felt better keeping the mare & month-old foal there during the 100° heat wave than at home. The communication is fantastic & frequent as well. I won't lie -- when we were debating moving to this area about 5 years ago, the fact that Dr. Ferris is "here" was a huge selling point!!”

“During Covid my neighborhood veterinarian closed, pretty much without warning. So, September 2021, I decided to take a chance with PetVet, Shrewsbury, PA location, planning on it being a one time visit, while my local vet was closed. My experience with PetVet was so great in 2021 that we just had our second annual with them for 2022. Fortunately, my two dogs are in good health, so we don't have recurring issues that need to be addressed. PetVet is perfect. Slight wait time if there's a line, but that's a small price to pay for their excellent service and very reasonable fees. They have never tried to upsell unnecessary testing or products, and the final cost is significantly less than what I've experienced with independent veterinary practices. Love their staff, too. Very highly recommend!”

“Yesterday was my first experience with Dr. Landry and his staff at CCAPM. I have a 14 1/2 yr. old Lab who was having a great deal of difficulty with her hind legs. Although Casey's primary care veterinarian is knowledgeable and caring I felt it was time for a Specialist. From the time I made the appointment to the actual consultation I received nothing but top-notch and quality service. The two gals at the front desk, Nancy and Jenn, were very professional, friendly and efficient. Jenn tended to Casey yesterday. I see that she has quite a few degrees in the area of animal behavior and is a quality professional in her own right. It showed in the way she handled my dog and she also made me feel very at ease and reassured about my first visit. CCAPM offers reminder calls about appointments and also follow up calls to see how the patient is doing. Any questions I had were met with explicit and informative answers which made me feel reassured. I agree with the comment from another reviewer that upon first meeting Dr. Landry, himself, he greeted me with a firm handshake and welcomed me to the clinic. From that moment on I knew I had come to the right place. I had taken my last dog to Aspen Meadows in Longmont but this Care Center is a cut above the rest. I was amazed with Dr. Landry's knowledge, compassion and professional manner. Upon reviewing my dog's x-rays he was able to make a quick and sure diagnosis. Not only that but he was able to offer meds and other forms of high tech treatments, if needed, to alleviate my dog's pain. He took the time to write an email shortly after my appointment detailing in depth his findings about my dog's condition, the meds she was to take and the dosage. I feel very fortunate to have found this clinic and highly recommend it without reservation!”

“Being a new customer, I pleasantly surprised I was able to get a same day Saturday 5:30pm appointment. Walking to the office, the waiting area has big windows so you can clearly see if there are other animals waiting there (should that be a concern for you or your pet). The office was clean; it did not smell like animals. My 87# dog had a nasty rash and Google gave me all sorts of ideas I shared with Dr. Orouji who speculated my dog would need costly labs to diagnose those. Upon actually seeing the sores, Dr O knew right away what they were and that it was rather affordable and easy to alleviate. Whew! I truly appreciated his honesty because he still could have charged me labs or whatever and how would I have known they were/weren’t needed? And glad we went to the actual vet because ‘Dr me’ was treating them as a fungus when they were bacterial. What I also liked was Dr O was able to dispense the prescribed meds right on the spot. No trying to find an open pharmacy on a weekend that had the meds in stock. No waiting for mail order. Yes, the meds were about 2x more than had I purchased somewhere else, but my dog was able to take them within mins of us leaving and be less miserable sooner. Dr O explained what the meds were for and potential side effects like drinking/urinating more. I was grateful the office visit/exam was $59. I could barely find a telemedicine appt for that and Dr O was in-person! I found this vet after calling about 15 others who were full of not accepting new patients. My dog typically just goes to a shots clinic but I’m glad to now have Dr O when we need a full-service vet again.”

I have worked very closely with veterinary hospitals and am very familiar with the day to day operation. White Oak has treated us as family since day one. They helped us with our 14 year old min pin/mini greyhound mix as her health declined and age took its toll. They were sympathetic to her passing and we could feel the amount of care they had for not only us but our beloved Peanut. Dr. Damron and staff has always taken time to answer any questions we had. We have also been able to call and have any quick questions answered. When one of our pups had a loose stool, they got us in right away and he was back to normal in no time. Our dogs range from 4.5 months to 9 years and have received excellent care in each stage of their life. Being in the dog profession we highly recommend White Oak Animal Hospital!”
