“A few months ago the staff at Rancho West Animal Hospital, specifically Dr. Stiles, was recommended by my local animal clinic to treat my partners dog. After our initial visit, I could see why. The staff here are top notch, very polite and professional. And Dr. Stiles is incredibly knowledgeable, kind and compassionate. In Jan 2022 my own senior pup, Kiba, was suddenly very sick by an unknown illness. I was able to see Dr. Stiles within days, and she broke the very difficult news that he had an aggressive form of cancer. With Dr. Stiles knowledge, we were able to make my pup comfortable and he came home with me. The medicine helped him tremendously! He was active again, eating more and even his usual vocal and playful self. I was able to enjoy 6 more beautiful weeks with him, more time than I thought we had until he took a turn for the worse. I brought him back to see Dr. Stiles and his condition had worsened despite how hard he fought for me. And on 3/11 my beautiful pup crossed the rainbow bridge surrounded by the family that loves him. So thank you to the staff and to Dr. Stiles at Rancho West Animal Hospital. For taking care of my Kiba, and for the beautiful card I received in the mail a couple weeks later. My family and I appreciate everything you did for him, and for me.”

“I really like Dr. Rook. He is a good man doing good work. Appointments are somewhat hard to get. But not to bad. I first took my little dog to him in 2012 after she had been attacked. She was in very bad condition. He saved her life and I will be forever grateful. She was there for a week. He knew the person's dog that attacked her would not pay the vet bill. So he charged me accordingly. Very little. All of my dogs and cat have been fixed here and received care from here for over 10yrs. I'm grateful to him. “I recently found three very sick kittens in a storm drain. I called my friend and veterinarian for help and advice, Kaitlin Keane DVM. Unfortunately, she is in California so frantically I asked where I should take these very ill babies. She said as a former Atlantan herself and a graduate from UGA Veterinary Medicine, the only place in Atlanta she would take her own pets to is Bridge Park Animal Hospital. I thought those were pretty strong words but she is one of the best veterinarians in SoCal so she knows her stuff! I called BPAH and due to these kittens being so bad off they told me to bring them in and even though I didn’t have an appointment, I could drop them off and they would see them. I thought this was pretty cool because my other experiences with vets in the Atlanta area, I’ve never been seen unless I had an appointment no matter the circumstances. Let me tell you, these cats have some issues, so many issues, so many treatments, and so many medications needed that when it came time to pay, I thought I was going to vomit anticipating the bill. To my surprise, this was the cheapest vet visit I’ve ever had and I had three kittens!! Not to mention once your animal has been seen at BPAH, you have two weeks to come back for a free recheck (meaning they don’t charge you for the exam and only charge it needing more medicine). This was amazing because I’ve never cared for orphaned kittens so I was returning every few days for help with feeding and medicine administering or with concerns I was caring for them incorrectly and they welcomed me with open arms. I left each time feeling like they truly cared about my babies wellbeing and not just a check. Because of my frequent trips to BPAH, I was helped by all of the veterinarians at the practice and WOW, they’re all amazing! It’s no wonder they won Best of Alpharetta. As a long time pet owner and former client of Blue Pearl, Alpharetta Animal Hospital and North Main Animal Hospital, I can say without a doubt, Bridge Park Animal Hospital is the best. My kittens came back from death’s door because of them. My business will be forever with BPAH which means my pets will be happy and so will my wallet! Special thank you to Dr. Travis. “We were so nervous about our dog's spay surgery. We tragically lost our previous dog back in October 2020 and after we lost him, we were blessed to find and adopt a beautiful girl to help us cope with the grief. She was also a new companion for our orange tabby cat that was also in mourning. We waited for our girl to go through her first heat and decided that we would move forward with getting her spayed before she turned 2 (in September 2022). After making numerous calls around to San Diego to find a "reasonable" price, I landed on Morena Pet Hospital and it was well worth every penny. Although you can't put a price on the wellness and care of your beloved pet, it was equally nice to know that we were paying less than $600 for everything and our girl was in good hands! Dr. Lindsey Moore was phenomenal and while our girl was in her care, Dr. Lindsey called us to give us an update on Kinna's physical exam results and explained to us the next steps for the blood panel, surgery, and recovery period post-op. She was extremely understanding and empathetic to our anxieties and questions. Overall, we were just really impressed especially in such an emotional state. The spay is a routine procedure but the risk involved is what scared us the most. After we lost our dog in 2020, we later suffered two pregnancy losses (one in 2021, and one in 2022). So the potential of losing our girl just manifested itself as a result of our trauma and so we were extra nervous. Suffice it to say, we could not be more pleased with the compassionate experience and service our little girl and her nervous fur parents received. We 5/5 recommend Dr. Lindsey Moore and the Morena Pet Hospital.”

“We took our youngest female cat in to be spayed. This was our first time using this clinic. We have had 2 other females fixed at another clinic in Brown County with mixed results. The services we received here have more than net our expectations. We used a voucher from the Scathing Post in Cincinnati. When we picked her up this morning our total was $4 after the voucher, and they sent her home with 2 days of pain meds at no extra cost. The incision was very small compared to the others we've had done, as well as the shaving was kept to minimum. I am very happy with the services and will definitely be using this center from now on.”
