“Found this place by the grace of God when our pup had hemorrhagic gastroenteritis and our regular vet was unable to see her the same day. Dr. Lewis and every single staff member we interacted with was respectful and compassionate. Dr. Lewis called me and updated me before and after every intervention, and we were able to take our baby girl home that evening in exponentially better condition than we had brought her in. I was also impressed by how comprehensive their care was! We were sent home with very detailed discharge notes, along with all the medication she needed, and the doc also helped me out with some regular diet and food questions. So grateful for them!”

My Holland Lop had an abscess and had been seen multiple times by another vet, after weeks of not getting better I did my research, called vets and found Little Critters, they were able to get my bunny in ASAP and do treatment that would end up saving her life! I am so thankful for them and the amazing care they gave my bunny! She’s doing so much better! It pays to do your research and find a vet that knows how to deal with exotics like bunny rabbits! “Very profession, welcoming, empathetic and easy to work with. Her dog had surgery there and we were absolutely 100% pleased with the encounter from start to finish. While she was there we had an emergency and staff worked with us to make sure that she was cared for and we were comfortable until we could get there to pick her up. She was up and running around within a few hours like nothing had ever happened. I was really Worried because she is very timid, but she was not traumatized in the least. My dog has separation anxiety and previously had bad experiences with prior vets, so she is always skittish when we walk into the vet. Dr. Sell and her team handle my dog with a lot of care, attention, and patience. They are also very transparent with pricing and are on the more affordable end for veterinary care. It's also very easy to obtain medical records, vaccine history, etc. I would 100% recommend this clinic over and over again!”

“I just love Family Veterinary Care of Oakdale. My Dog Ryder needed to be seen right away, and my usual vet was fully booked for days, so Since Ryder was neutered at Family Vet when we adopted him from the Oakdale Shelter, I decided to see if they had an opening. They were able to squeeze us in and everyone from the first phone call, to check in, to the Techs and the Doctor were amazing, so friendly , very caring and just made you feel at home there. We felt so welcomed. Ryder got the best care and the phone call to check on him the next day was so appreciated and the lady I spoke to (I'm so sorry I had just woken up so I can't remember her name, I'm so sorry) but she was so sweet and caring. “We had our dog spayed here as arranged by the rescue. It is easy to find as it is along a busy road, so make sure your pets are leashed. They are not allowing anyone inside so you have to wait outside until a staff attends to you. Check in at 8am then pickup at 3pm unless they call you earlier. So if you're not from the area, plan to make a day out of it. Richmond is close by where there are tons to do. The only downside for us was that they don't provide pain medicine for you to take home for your pet unlike the one we used before for our other dog where we were given a couple of doses to use overnight until we can contact our vet in the morning, if needed.”
